booking conditions 2022/2023
The following booking and cancellation conditions apply for season 2022/2023 :
Free cancellation possible until 14 days before arrival.
Bei einer Stornierung bis 3 Tage vor der Anreise erlauben wir uns 75% des Rechnungsbetrags in Rechnung zu stellen.
Bei einer Stornierung nach 3 Tagen vor der Anreise erlauben wir uns den vollständigen Rechnungsbetrag in Rechnung zu stellen.
A deposit of 30% must be transferred up to 14 days before booking. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of arrival or departure.
Group and event bookings are bookings of nine or more people, and bookings in connection with an event, as well as seminars, conferences, meetings, banquets and weddings. · Free of charge up to 60 days before arrival
· From the 60th day until the 28th day before arrival 50% of the contractually agreed services
· From the 28th day before arrival, 75% of the contractually agreed services
· Ab dem 3. Tag vor Anreise 100% der vertraglich vereinbarten Leistungen
If you cancel individual nights, the costs will be charged according to the cancellation conditions mentioned above. The contractually agreed amount is calculated based on the number of agreed participants.
A deposit of 30% must be transferred 60 days before arrival. You will get a email with an individual payment link. The remaining amount can be paid on the day of arrival or departure.
